We also understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may wish to request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for refund requests.

Donation Refunds All donations made to Sound The Alarm are considered final and non-refundable. This is because the funds donated are immediately put to use in our ongoing efforts to end human trafficking and support survivors. We understand that there may be rare exceptions to this policy, such as an error in donation processing or an unauthorized transaction. In such cases, we will make every effort to address the issue and resolve it to your satisfaction.

Event Refunds If you purchase a ticket for one of our fundraising events and are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to request a refund. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to issue a full refund due to the costs associated with event planning and coordination.

Product Refunds If you purchase merchandise from our online store and are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a refund.
